Ladies in construction, this one’s for you! We’re bringing together tradeswomen, project managers, engineers, designers, CEOs, and more for an evening of networking, learning, and fun. *But HURRY, registration ends TONIGHT, 9/22, at midnight. What to wear
Come as you are! There's no strict dress code - just wear comfortable walking shoes and short sleeves to protect your shoulders while shooting. If you have a high-vis vest with your company logo, that's even better!
Clay Shooting
Instructors will provide safety instruction and take groups out to the shooting stands at:
- 3:30pm
- 4:30pm
- 5:30pm
Guns, ammo, safety eyewear, and ear plugs will be provided. Halter Wildlife has generously agreed to provide transportation to and from the shooting stands.
STARTING AT 3PM, UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT, ATTENDEES WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THE DAY'S ACTIVITIES! MAKE SURE TO VISIT THE NETWORKING AREA!

- Country BBQ: 4:30 - 6:30 pm
- Bar: When you are done shooting, try the Bang Bang Bellini (She Build specialty cocktail), Spotted Cow (beer only found in Wisconsin), or enjoy a selection of seltzers, wine, beer, water, and soft drinks.
